For years I lived in survival mode, holding everything together, fixing, managing, making sure everyone else was okay. I thought if I could just get eveyrone else around me alright I would finally feel at peace.
Yet, no matter how much I tried, it was never enough.
The real shift happened when I stopped looking outside myself for answers and started trusting something deeper within me. I realized I didn't need to force or fix. I needed to root into self-trust. That is when everything changed.
After building a million-dollar business, navigating motherhood, coaching thousands of women around the world, and doing the deep inner work, I understood something that changed everything: the gap was never about teaching better strategy. It was about something much deeper than that.
Builder Codes™ was born from years of sitting with talented, driven, genuinely called women who could not figure out why they kept getting in their own way. I created it because I was once that woman… and because I know what becomes possible when we finally stop all our trying.
