Thinking of buying essential oils on Amazon or Facebook Marketplace?

I get it… we all love a good deal. But good deals alone can mislead us when it comes to wellness. That was my son’s story.

At 6 years old, he faced serious health challenges. I tried essential oils from the local health food store, but they didn’t work. Oh they smelled nice, but I dismissed oils altogether after that… until I learned the truth: not all oils are created equal.

This is why I do what I do to this day: Because I don’t want people to feel like their only option is conventional, all because they just didn’t know the truth behind this industry.

If you’re using essential oils for actual therapeutic benefits, don’t risk it. Buy them from a trusted source.

Here’s why:

All essential oils contain CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS. Say that three times fast! Saying an “oil is an oil” is like saying “wine is wine.”

Now, I’m a nerd when it comes to the science of essential oils. Lavender, for example, needs a high percentage of

linalool AND it needs to work synergistically with Linalyl Acetate along with other compounds to truly support your body. Most oils you find out there don’t even care about this, much less have the correct percentage or the right balance to some of your serious health issues your needing solutions on. And it doesn’t stop there!

Next… storage. Oils are sensitive to heat, light, and time. If someone stored a bottle in their hot garage or car, the chemistry can change and lose its effectiveness.

And finally… purity. Even if a bottle says it’s a trusted brand, many oils sold by third parties are diluted, expired, or fake. I’ve seen lab reports showing frankincense mixed with turpentine! You don’t want to give that to anyone… especially not a child.

If you want oils that truly work, for your immune system, mood, or body, get them straight from the source, through someone you trust.
