Your body is not a problem to solve. It's a system to support. Week two is a science-informed deep dive where we discuss all things health of the body. We dive deep into nourishing your physical foundation, your hormones, cellular health, metabolism, sleep, gut health, and more. You'll learn how to read what your body is actually asking for, remove toxins from your home, and understand the difference between cellular signaling and cellular nourishment. Week 3 - Your Outer World
Once your inner world is steadier and your body is supported, only then can we turn outward. Week three covers the relationships that shape how safe you feel in the world, the toxic load inside your home that your body is quietly working against every single day, healthy weight from a place of self-love and honour rather than punishment, and vision and goals rooted in who you're actually becoming — not who you think you should be.
